Seven Wonders of the World:-
The wonders of the world are a collection of such natural and man-made structures, which amaze human beings with their unique art, structure, beauty. Many such lists of the wonders of the world have been prepared from ancient times to the present times. About 2,200 years ago, Greek scholars had prepared a list of seven wonders of the world and here seven wonders remained prevalent in the world for about 2100 years. But in 1999 there was talk of modifying it because most of the old buildings had been damaged. Before the beginning of the 21st century, the talk of bringing the Seven Wonders to the fore in a new way started. So a list was prepared for the contest from the Internet, and voting began in 2005 with people from all over the world participating.
For this the New Seven Wonders Foundation was created in Zurich, Switzerland. They set up a site in Canada that contained information about 200 artworks from around the world, and started a poll to choose seven from these 200 entries. According to the New Seven Wonder Foundation, about 100 million people voted in this project through the net and phone. Through the Internet, a person could vote by choosing seven wonders at once, but through the phone a person could vote many.
