Among these problems are virus, spyware and password related information leaking, due to which your personal information can reach others and you can be in trouble. Let us know in detail about these problems and their solutions which are as follows:-

1) Spyware:-

It is a software program that gets installed on your computer without your knowledge. This program can delete data from your computer, steal your password and take control of your web browser. May display unwanted advertisements. To remove spyware from your computer, you need to install anti-spyware program. If you use Windows Vista and Windows 7, you can remove spyware from your computer using an anti-spyware program. It's called Windows Defender.

2) Virus:-

Viruses are programs that are deliberately designed to remove or destroy data. Any virus can harm your computer and the data contained in it without your knowledge. It can also change the way your computer works. If your computer has a virus then it can harm your computer, the files in it and the operating system. There are very few viruses that do not cause harm, they just display a simple message. But most viruses are quite dangerous and can damage your data or the entire hard disk (HDD). In addition to harming your computer, they can also use (hijack) your computer to attack other computers. Viruses attach themselves to program files and move from one disk to another. To prevent or destroy the virus attack, you need to install an antivirus program in your computer.

3) Pop up add:-

This is a small advertisement that can disturb your web browsing by opening a separate browser window in the corner of your current window or displayed at the top. Pops are quite annoying, but they can sometimes prove to be dangerous when you click them as they can also install spyware and viruses on your computer. You can use pop up blocker to block pop up ads in browser.

4) Saved Password:-

When you enter a user name and password to log in to a particular website, sometimes Explorer and Firefox display a prompt that says you Want to keep the entered password. If you click Yes, the web browser will bypass your login page and directly open your site when you login in future. The disadvantage of this is that if someone else has logged on to it, then he can also see that site. In such a situation, when asked to retain the password on the computer, you should click on No.

5) Cookies:-

It is a small text message that a web browser stores a website for display on your computer. Cookies can also store username and password like your credit card. If possible, the site should not ask to save this data. Many modern browsers allow the user to accept cookies and keep them for a certain amount of time, but some sites are no longer useful when they reject cookies. This web browser usually displays a Lock and Key on the screen when there is a secure web page. Sometimes the web browser displays a dialog box that tells you that the page you are viewing is a secure web page.

6) Identify theft:-

This includes your name, address, credit card number, etc. This scanner captures your data while setting up a new credit card and loan taken in your name. You should take important steps to keep yourself safe while working online. You should never make your personal information available to you unless it is required by law. You should also keep an eye on your credit card transactions.
